At CES 2026, Samsung Electronics is unveiling a new flagship television that represents both a technical milestone and a clear design statement at the very top of its display lineup. The company has introduced the world’s first 130-inch Micro RGB TV (model R95H), its largest Micro RGB display to date, aimed squarely at the ultra-premium segment.
At the core of the experience is Micro RGB, Samsung’s most advanced display architecture. The 130-inch panel is powered by the Micro RGB AI Engine Pro, paired with Micro RGB Color Booster Pro and Micro RGB HDR Pro. These systems rely on AI-based processing to enhance subdued tones, refine contrast, and preserve detail across both bright highlights and deep shadows, prioritizing realism over visual exaggeration.
Color performance is a defining feature of this model. The display delivers 100 percent coverage of the BT.2020 color gamut, branded as Micro RGB Precision Color 100, and has been certified by VDE for accurate Micro RGB color reproduction. Samsung has also integrated its proprietary Glare Free technology, designed to minimize reflections and maintain contrast consistency across varied lighting conditions, an essential consideration for a screen of this scale.
Design is just as central as picture quality. Samsung is emphasizing the Timeless Frame, the product’s guiding design philosophy, which is explicitly reminiscent of Samsung’s 2013 Timeless Gallery Design. That earlier concept positioned large displays as architectural elements rather than conventional TVs, and the new Timeless Frame revisits this idea with a modern interpretation. Inspired by the proportions of a grand window, the 130-inch screen appears to float within its frame, reinforcing the idea of “technology as art” and visually expanding the room it occupies.
Audio is integrated directly into the frame itself, with sound output tuned to the display’s scale, ensuring that audio feels spatially aligned with the image rather than detached from it.
On the software and platform side, the TV supports HDR10+ ADVANCED and Eclipsa Audio, alongside Samsung’s Vision AI Companion. This enables conversational search, proactive content recommendations, and AI-powered features such as AI Football Mode Pro, AI Sound Controller Pro, Live Translate, Generative Wallpaper, as well as integrations with Microsoft Copilot and Perplexity.
Samsung will showcase the 130-inch Micro RGB TV in its exhibition zone at CES 2026 in Las Vegas. While pricing and availability have not been disclosed, the R95H stands as a clear showcase of technology and design for the South Korean TV maker.
