Haptic Reader concept

Visually impaired folks who love to read will find out sooner or later that not all books have been translated to Braille. What is one supposed to do then? The Haptic Reader concept supposedly helps – all you need to do is place it on the front page and let it scan through the contents. These words will then be converted to Braille that dot the reader’s surface. Just in case you want to be doubly sure, turn on the voice system and it will read out the story instead. No idea on whether this concept will ever make it to production lines, but we’re definitely looking forward to something like this hit the market sooner rather than later.
