Amazon looks to include games in new Kindle

Amazon knows that their Kindle eReader device has been having a hard time pushing out new and higher sales figures ever since the competition got tough, but that doesn’t mean they are going to sit back and fade into obscurity. The company has apparently started talking to game developers to garner support for their upcoming Kindle, according to leaks from the bookseller. While no publishers were named, it seems that gaming titles are a go with the new eReader. This bodes good news to Kindle fans, and we can certainly bet that the display used in the upcoming Kindle will be a much more advanced one, perhaps even giving the iPad a run for its money if the price is right. It remains to be seen just how adversely battery life will be impacted though.
