The BlackBerry Torch, also known as the Bold 9800, which will succeed the Bold 9700, is touted to hit the market this August 12th – but some folks have already caught a glimpse of it at some AT&T stores. While the external box itself looks rather dull, it is more or less apparent that its contents are way more important. We will just have to wait and see whether this slider BlackBerry will be able to make a delectable mark on the smartphone market that is currently seeing some stiff competition from Android and iOS.
