Liquid Images Impact HD

Ever wanted to relive all your snowboarding or skiing moments on HD video in Doom-style (first person view)? Thanks to the power of technology, you now can! And no, you don’t have to strap an expensive HD camera to your ski hat or chest to do it. Liquid Impact has come up with a solution to your problem. Called the Impact HD, these rugged yet stylish goggles pack an HD video camera right above the visor so you can record every moment you spend going down that steep, snowy mountain. Every close call, every sharp turn, every crash – and your eyes don’t even need to be open while you do it. The Impact HD records video in full 1080p HD onto an SD card (it supports up to 32GB), so you’ll know that you won’t be missing a thing. It has a 136 degree and records at 30 FPS, so unless you’re riding a pair of rocket-propelled skis downhill, it should be sufficient for all your snowy adventures. No prices have been announced, but if you’re interested in purchasing the Impact HD, head here.
