In the legal battle between Apple and Samsung, we know that the Dutch court has finally kept pace with the rest of Europe in banning sales of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, but what’s interesting is this – the very same court also claims that there is no infringement in 9 out of 10 IP (Intellectual Property) rights claim. How strange is that? Samsung is pleased that there is only one front left to fight this “patent war”, and they have stated that they [Samsung] “will take all possible measures including legal action to ensure that there is no disruption in the availability of our GALAXY smartphones to Dutch consumers.”

Until the remaining infringement is addressed, the Netherlands, the UK, France, Germany, Finland, Ireland, Lichtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Sweden, and Switzerland will not be able to see any Samsung products related to this case. The South Korean consumer electronics giant have until October 14th to make sure that this final infringement is addressed – for good.
