There is an unofficial update available online for Logitech’s Revue which has just seen a price drop to go under the magical $100 mark. Here is an interesting question though – just like the Nintendo 3DS, if pricing is not the main barrier, would slashing the price of your hardware actually move more units and prop it up in the end? Assuming you are one of those with a Logitech Revue in possession, then we bring you word that a leaked copy of the Android 3.x Honeycomb update is now available.

Proceed at your own risk though, as this is not an official update, so if things go awry as Murphy strikes, you might end up with a rather handsome looking paperweight in your living room (or wherever else you place the Logitech Revue).

Since the leaked software is still in the beta stage, it won’t be abnormal to notice some crashes from time to time, when that happens just force close and continue barging your way through the update.
