Musicians and producers should be familiar with the classic Roland TR-808 Rhythm Composer. It was one of the first programmable drum machines that was introduced in the early 1980’s and has since been retired as a legend and an icon. While we’re not sure where you will be able to get your hands on any remaining Roland TR-808’s, perhaps these Roland TR-808 replica flash drives ought to do.

Created to look like a miniature replica of the Roland TR-808, these flash drives won’t be allowing you to create music or drum loops any time soon but it will definitely let you store them.

It comes in only one size at 8GB and supports USB 1.0, 2.0 and even 3.0. Unfortunately due to its rather novel (and kind of cute) design, it will not come cheap and will set you back $40. If you enjoy collecting novelty gadgets or if you’re a fan of the TR-808, the flash drive by Alkotabeats is currently up for pre-order at their website with estimated shipping dates between mid-September to October.
