Earlier this morning, the Xbox 360 gaming community was up in arms – at least, for a select group of them, where they quickly took to the Internet (where else) in order to share their grievances about having their Achievements being reset all the way to zero. I can identify with that feeling, as it is akin to seeing a fair amount of words typed in a word processor before the computer crashes, only to have you realize that you failed to save the file in the first place. Well, fret not, as Microsoft has already looked into the issue, and claims that signing out followed by signing back into one’s profile ought to solve this issue – easy peasy.

It does seem as though this issue is but a temporary glitch, and hopefully it would not happen again. It definitely is no fun to see years of work going down the drain, then again, perhaps this experience might just be a ‘wake-up call’ for those who prioritize their video gaming life above everything else, leading to an unhealthy gaming addiction.
