Nokia N900 ends up as a robot head
The Nokia N900 might be from a previous era where smartphones from the Finnish phone manufacturer is concerned, but does that mean it no longer has any more miles left in its legs? On the contrary, as you can see from the above that the Nokia N900 has been transformed in its role, appearing as part of a robot – the head, in particular. Roboticist Sascha managed to hack and slash his way into the smartphone’s three-axis controller in addition to the other components so much so that the creation known as the Bioloid is brought to life. The Nokia N900 will be able to offer video streaming as well as remote access functions, but do bear in mind that this is a hobby project, so you will not see anything of the sort hit the mass market any time in the near future.
