So we know that the Samsung Galaxy S3 will be seeing an update to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, although a release date has yet to be confirmed. This is hardly surprising given that the Galaxy S3 is Samsung’s current flagship device and while the update has yet to be released officially, it looks like for those who know how to flash custom ROMs onto their phones, it looks like a leaked Android 4.1 Jelly Bean build has been making its rounds on the internet. This is apparently the “official” version, albeit a leaked one and is only available for international versions of the Galaxy S3. Since the update has not yet been released, it’s hard to say if this version is the final one that we might be able to expect in the near future, but if you’re curious as to how Android 4.1 Jelly Bean might run on your Galaxy S3, you can pop on over to the XDA forums for the download.
