Lumia 925 Running Windows Phone 8 Amber Update Spotted

Microsoft has already announced the Windows Phone 8 Amber update which will bring smart camera capability, FM radio and a host of other features. It is not known when exactly this update is going to be released. A Lumia 925 apparently running the latest Amber update has been spotted in the wild, the pictures show Lumia 925 touting the features that are expected from this update.

The images come from an unofficial Chinese source, so we can’t be really sure of anything until Microsoft officially starts rolling out the update. Nevertheless, the features shown in these images include Nokia Smart Camera, FM Radio, a sleep screen and flip to silence, what that does is mute ringing audio notifications when the device is flipped face down. Camera ISO of up to 3200 is also seen, as well as a color and saturation picker. The Smart Camera app is pretty interesting, it allows users to capture a burst of 5 megapixel photos through its 8.7 megapixel camera, and also lets them remove any moving objects present in the final shot. Hopefully the Windows Phone 8 Amber update will be released soon.
