nexus-7-2-review--018

Google announced its 2nd-generation Nexus 7 earlier this week, which has single-handedly turned the tech world upside down with how great of a product it is. If you’ve been dying to get your hands on the new Nexus 7, up until now, you’ve only been able to purchase it through the Google Play Store, but today, you’ll be able to purchase the 7-inch tablet from Best Buy, Walmart and Amazon.

The Nexus 7 was originally supposed to launch in a number of major U.S. retailers on July 30, but it looks as though Best Buy, Amazon and Walmart either didn’t get the memo or just decided to ride the Nexus 7 gravy train as a number of pre-orders have already started to be shipped out to customers. In addition to pre-orders going out, some Best Buy and Walmart stores currently have the Nexus 7 in stock, which means you can head on over to your local store and be playing around with the tablet in no time.

We strongly encourage you to call your store prior to making your trip as there’s nothing worse than making a drive to a retailer thinking you’re getting a new toy, and ending up with nothing.
