When it comes to getting fit, it really is all about discipline and willpower, although for some they need external motivation and someone to push them, which is where personal trainers and home training videos come in. Well if you’re looking to train with some of the best, Microsoft might have something for you in the form of an Xbox Fitness Pass. The article about the pass has since been pulled from the Xbox page, suggesting that it went up a little earlier than expected, but not before the internet managed to grab all of its contents before it was taken offline.

According to a blurb taken from the website, “Introducing the future of fitness. Experience the world’s best workouts with instant, personalized feedback, right in your home on Xbox Fitness. Train with Jillian Michaels, Tracy Anderson, P90X, Insanity and more. Optimize every workout with immediate feedback on your form, power and heart rate with the all new Kinect, featuring Muscle Mapping, Power Gauge, and Pulse. Plus, feed your motivation with social challenges. Unlimited access is yours with an Xbox Live Gold membership through November 2014. Only on Xbox One.”

Microsoft has since officially confirmed the existence of the pass and announced a release for the holiday season in 2013. In the meantime the page for the the Fitness pass is still down, but you can check out the trailer while waiting for it to come back up. The Fitness pass also looks to take advantage of the Kinect sensor that is bundled with the console, taking these workouts to a whole new level. So, who else is looking forward to this?
