moto-x-review-12Just the other day we reported that Verizon’s Moto X was receiving the Android 4.4 KitKat update, but the good news for T-Mobile customers is that it looks like the Android 4.4 KitKat update for your device is available as well starting from today, along with the developer edition of the Moto X as well. As expected there will be a host of changes and new features that will be introduced with the Android 4.4 KitKat update, especially considering that the phone will be upgrading from Jelly Bean to KitKat.

These changes include a bunch of enhancements, such as a restylized status and navigation bars, full-screen mode, stronger security, improved phone dialer, camera improvements such as better focus and exposure settings, touchless controls, and more. If you’d like to learn more about the Android 4.4 KitKat update, hit up Motorola’s blog for the details. While the Moto X did not necessarily come with a stock version of Android, it was pretty “clean” and it’s actually a nice surprise that the handset is receiving the latest update so soon. Then again being owned by Google, the company behind Android, has its benefits! Any Moto X users with the Android 4.4 KitKat update want to share their experience?
