It was just yesterday when Beats Music teased the launch of a native iPad application through Twitter. The on-demand music streaming service has been out for a few months now and already it has gained a respectable following. iOS users will no doubt be overjoyed today as version 2.0 of Beats Music has been released. This update brings native support of Beats Music for iPad.

In the official changelog for the update the user interface is described as “stylish and sophisticated” that has been designed specifically for the iPad’s large screen. The tablet app doesn’t skimp on features either, it includes the likes of Just for You, Find It, Offline Mode and the Sentence that are without a doubt integral to the entire Beats Music experience.

Beats Music for iPad also has dedicated support for both portrait and landscape modes. In a recent minor update the iOS app received the ability to subscribe to Beats Music through in-app purchases. Previously it was not possible to subscribe through Apple’s in-app purchase system.

One new minor feature in Beats Music for iOS is the ability to find and follow your Twitter friends on the on-demand music streaming service. Even though the app is available as a free download, Beats Music itself requires a $9.99 per month subscription fee.
