oppo-n3-coolingIt goes without saying that using normal plastic to manufacture the external chassis of your smartphone is not going to cut the mustard any more these days if you are going to compete on the high end side of things. Most of the flagship devices that we see these days will sport a milled aluminum chassis, or one that has quality metal accents at strategic places. Oppo of China does not want to miss out on this proverbial boat as well, so to speak, and has already announced a new flagship device that will be out next month. Known as the Oppo N3, it seems that there are new rumors that point to top grade materials being used to build the handset.

the amount of rumors and speculations about the new device steadily grow in number. We already got treated to some contradicting photos and renders of the device, but today we have a set of new rumors that regard the very build material of the Oppo N3 and some curious under-the-hood technologies.

In fact, Oppo has teased that their upcoming flagship device will be made out of a mysterious “aerospace grade metal” material, where it will be able to strike perfect balance between weight and overall sturdiness. Could we be looking at a lightweight and relatively affordable alloy? Not only that, it is also touted to feature a new kind of cooling system as you can see in the sample image above.
