Samsung-galaxy-Note-4-edge-01When Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Note 4, they also unveiled a variant of the device with a curved edge that they called the Galaxy Note Edge. The phone is said to be a limited run device and according to the reports, it will be making its way onto the major carriers like Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, and T-Mobile.

Unfortunately no specific release dates have been given yet, but it looks like the phone could be launched soon. This is thanks to a recent sighting at the FCC (via G 4 Games) in which the handset was spotted with not only support for AT&T’s network, but US Cellular’s as well. The LTE bands spotted were bands 2 and 4 for AT&T, and bands 5 and 12 for US Cellular.

Now we know that US Cellular will be offering the Galaxy Note 4, but there was no mention of the Galaxy Note Edge. Of course this does not mean that the phone will arrive on US Cellular, but with support for the carrier’s bands, we wouldn’t be surprised if it did, or at the very least it would be usable if users were to bring the device onto the network.

There is still no specific launch date yet, but given that the device has made its way to the FCC, it means that it is at least one step closer to seeing a launch. Either way we will be keeping our eyes peeled for more information, so do check back with us at a later date for the details.
