Thankfully this is a problem that BlackBerry has since acknowledged. According to the knowledge base article, “When attempting to sign in to the BlackBerry Travel app on the BlackBerry 10 smartphone, after entering your login credentials (email address and password), a spinning circle icon appears and the login does not complete.”
BlackBerry claims that they are working on fixing the problem and are looking into it. Unfortunately the company did not provide users with an ETA as to when the issue will be resolved, so we guess until they do you will not be able to use the app. However if you absolutely have to use the BlackBerry Travel app, you will be able to access your information and its contents via the BlackBerry Travel website which appears to be working just fine at the moment.
