huawei-mate8-leakYou can bet your bottom dollar that over at this year’s IFA convention, there will be a slew of new devices – smartphones and phablets specifically, that will be revealed to the masses, clamoring for your attention, and hopefully, some of your dollars as well as the end of it all. Huawei looks set to rock IFA 2015 that is happening next month, and it does look as though Huawei is working on a minimum of one smartphone, with leaks pointing it to be the latest iteration of the Mate range.

Needless to say, the name of the upcoming device is pretty much up in the air, where there have been sources that called it the Huawei Mate 7S (that has been benchmarked apparently), while others have called it the Mate S (with a hump behind), with some others dubbing it as the Mate 8. Pretty mysterious, don’t you think so? Perhaps it might be more than one device from Huawei, but I guess we will just have to exercise enough patience for IFA 2015 to roll around later this September.

The leaked image that you see above laid claim to the following features – a gold shade on the outside, a fingerprint sensor, a front glass that goes all the way to the edges of the handset, a Kirin 950 SoC, and a rather beefy 4,500 mAh battery, now how about that?
