ipad_pro_8The iPad Pro is a rumored 12.9-inch iPad that Apple is said to be working on, but the question is when will we officially see the device? According to earlier rumors, it has been suggested that it could be launched later this year alongside Apple’s new iPads, and now thanks to a report from KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, those rumors have been corroborated.

According to Kuo, he has estimated that Apple will begin mass production of the rumored tablet by October, possibly even in September. Based on this estimation, it would seem to line up with the rumors that the iPad Pro could be launched towards the end of the year with Apple’s new iPad refreshes.

However that would be rather tight especially when you consider that last year October was when Apple announced their latest iPads, but here’s hoping that everything will go smoothly. Kuo also adds that he believes that new iPad Pro will also come with a Force Touch-enabled stylus, thus allowing users to navigate the larger tablet easily.

In any case take it with a grain of salt for now, but Kuo has been pretty spot on with his predictions in the past so perhaps there might be some truth and weight behind his opinions, but in the meantime does the idea of an iPad Pro appeal to you?
