lumia_950_xlIf the recently leaked photos of the upcoming Microsoft Lumia flagship phones are accurate, we have to admit we are pretty excited for them. Not only do they look good, but their rumored specs also makes them one of the higher-end Lumia devices that we have seen in a while that are comparable to Android phones.

That being said according to a new report, the upcoming Lumia phones are expected to come with a nifty feature and that is Qualcomm’s Quick Charge technology. This is supported by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 and Snapdragon 810 processors that are allegedly part of the upcoming phones.

If this is true, then we are even more excited for the devices. Now just in case you’re unfamiliar with the devices, the flagship phones from Microsoft are rumored to be the Lumia 950 and 950 XL. Both phones will feature pretty much the same specs save for their processors and displays, with the Lumia 950 featuring a 5.2-inch display with a Snapdragon 808.

The Lumia 950 XL is said to sport a 5.7-inch display with a Snapdragon 810, but other than that they are expected to remain more or less the same in specs. No word on when Microsoft will officially announce the phones, but last we heard, it is possible that they might be launched in October. Until then take it with a grain of salt.
