scosche-boombottle-plusIf you love cycling outdoors and want to listen to music, there aren’t many options that are designed specifically for cyclists in mind. You could buy mounts to hook up speakers to your handlebars, or you could wear earphones which is admittedly a tad dangerous since you need to be able to hear oncoming traffic.

However Scosche is here to the rescue with the BoomBottle+. As you can see from the photos, the BoomBottle+ has been designed for cyclists in mind as its shape will fit the bottle holder on most bicycles with each. Of course this means having to sacrifice your bottle of water, but if you’re carrying a bag you could always put your water in there.

It is a Bluetooth speaker so it will pair with your smartphone wirelessly. It will feature a 6,000mAh battery that will apparently provide up to 15 hours of audio before recharging, and best of all it will also double up as an external battery pack to charge your devices with if you need a bit of juice in a pinch.

There also built-in indoor and outdoor profiles, and best of all it can be linked to another BoomBottle+ speaker to create a stereo effect. Also given that it was designed for the outdoors, it has also been designed to be both water and dust resistant. The speakers sound promising but they don’t come cheap as they are priced at $179.99 which you can order for yourself via Scosche’s website.
