There has been a lot of anticipation about Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End multiplayer beta, we knew that it would go live later this year but Sony hadn’t provided a confirmed timeframe, now it has. Sony confirmed today when the Uncharted 4 multiplayer beta is going to go live and also released a new trailer for the upcoming Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection today. In case you’re unaware the multiplayer beta will only be available to gamers on the PlayStation 4.

It may have been confirmed when the multiplayer beta is going to go live, Naughty Dog has yet to confirm precisely what we can expect to be available in the beta. Hopefully this information will come up as the launch nears later this year.

Those who would like to take part in the multiplayer beta of Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End will require a PlayStation 4 as well as a copy of Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection and a PlayStation Plus membership, otherwise they won’t be able to get in on the fun.

Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection will be released on October 7th in North America and October 9th in Europe. Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End release is slated for spring 2016, the multiplayer beta will run from December 4th – December 13th, 2015.
