TabletPiano_Main_2It seems that Samsung is really trying to push its Galaxy Tab S2 tablets. Just earlier we reported that customers who purchase the device will get a year’s free subscription to Netflix, but it seems that’s not all Samsung has done to promote the tablet. Recently the company has unveiled what they are calling the world’s first tablet piano.

As you can see in the photo above, pianist Myleene Klass is seated at what looks like a piano, but if you were to look closer, you’ll realize that the entire thing is made out of tablets, the Galaxy Tab S2 to be exact. According to Samsung, it took over 100 tablets in order to create this tablet piano device.

According to Klass who performed some Christmas songs on the device at London’s Spitalfields Market, “Nothing makes me feel more festive than gathering around the piano with my two girls. The Samsung Tab S2 piano is a real first and nothing like I’ve ever played before. My youngest has just learned jingle bells and I know she’d love to try it on this piano!”

Now obviously this tablet piano isn’t for sale, but it does a pretty good job at showing what the tablet can do. Like we said, Samsung is currently running a promotion that gives customers a year’s subscription to Netflix, so if you’re in the market for a new tablet, this is a promotion worth considering.
