If you like playing the original BioShock series then this might interest you. From the looks of it, you will no longer need to rely on emulators or an old console to play the original BioShock trilogy. Recent developments suggest that a remastered version of all three BioShock games might be heading to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

A ratings board in Brazil has listed a BioShock: The Collection bundle that’s going to be released for both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. This suggests that all three of the original games will be remastered and released for current generation consoles.

Unfortunately, the listing doesn’t carry a release date, so it’s clear when the remastered titles are going to be released for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The listing follows a similar listing that was spotted at a South African store recently, so clearly there’s something going on here, we might find out for sure in due time.

It goes without saying that 2K Games hasn’t confirmed anything as yet if it had we’d be talking in absolutes and not vague terms, but if this is going to happen it may not be long till it comes out with an official confirmation. Until then BioShock fans can simply keep their fingers crossed.
