Microsoft’s Surface Pro 4 tablet is a perfectly capable device. It sports a pretty decent build and is actually one of the better tablet-hybrid devices around. However given that there are so many OEMs making tablet-hybrid devices, sometimes accessories for them can be limited in terms of choice, meaning that covers and cases for the tablet aren’t as many compared to the iPad.

However the good news is that if you’re after something a little more fancy for your Surface Pro 4 tablet, you’re in luck because Microsoft has recently unveiled the Surface Signature Type Cover. As you can see in the video above, this is basically a more luxurious take on the Surface Type Cover accessory which is also offered by Microsoft.

It uses Alcantara material which as noted by The Verge, is typically used by headphone manufacturers to offer up as a soft and comfortable feel, so if you’re looking for something that exudes a more elegant design, this could be it. Unfortunately it will not be cheap either and will be priced at $160, making it about $30 more than the regular Surface Type Cover.

It seems that the Surface Signature Type Cover is currently available for purchase from the Microsoft Store, so head on over if you’d like to get your hands on it.
