google support appLooking to get some help with some issues you’re having on your Android phone? One of the ways to do that is to either visit the various Android phones and hope that someone has a solution for you. An alternative would be take it into the shop you bought it from and see if maybe someone there could help you with it.

Unfortunately neither of these solutions are particularly convenient, but according to the rumors from Android Police, they have heard that Google could be coming up with a solution to that called Google Support. This will be a feature for Android phones in which chat agents will be able to access your Android’s screen.

While we’re not sure of the details, it basically sounds like the same support you get from some PC companies where a tech support agent will take over your computer remotely in order to fix the problems for you. That being said, it is rumored that this feature could be a Nexus-only feature since it would be more efficient.

Otherwise Google would have to contend with the various UIs and menus that OEMs like to install on their devices, in which the possibilities are endless. There have also been rumors that Google could be making their own smartphone so perhaps this is a feature that will make the handset more compelling to customers.
