google-pixelYou know those Christmas sweaters that you seem to receive on a yearly basis from well-meaning relatives? It looks like those sweaters are now coming for your phone because it seems that Google’s pop-up store in NYC is handing them out for free to Google Pixel owners, where they can dress their phones up to match their outfit.

We have to admit that these little sweaters do look a ton cuter than the regular ones and so if you are in the area, perhaps you might want to check it out. According to Google who told Android Police, “If you visit the Pixel Sweater activation from noon-6pm any day from 12/17-12/23 you’ll have the opportunity to take home a sweater-shaped cookie, a Pixel-sized sweater, a human-sized sweater, a Pixel phone, or a combo of all these items.”

Yup this special promotion will run from the 17th of December until the 23rd of December, a couple of days before Christmas. All customers have to do is stand in line, spin a prize wheel and you’ll be able to walk away with any of the items mentioned above, or if you’re really lucky, all of them.

There is actually a 3D printer which makes the sweaters as it goes along, so even if you don’t own a Pixel you can still check out the machine in action all the same. Currently it seems that this promo is only live in NYC, so if you’re living elsewhere, tough luck!
