Dropbox is one of the most widely used cloud storage services out there and if you’ve ever wished for a way to access files in your Dropbox via the Xbox One, there’s good news for you. The official Dropbox for Xbox One app has now been released. It enables users to access all of the files from the cloud right on the biggest screen of their house as long as they have an Xbox One hooked up to it.

The official Dropbox for Xbox One app actually happens to be the first universal Windows app for cloud storage on the console. The app enables users to view and share their photos, videos, and other files from the cloud on their TV.

Dropbox’s new app also allows users to manage all of their files through a new interface that’s optimized for TVs using a media remote or a gamepad. They can upload and comment on files as well and share them easily with friends. The app also allows streaming of home videos directly from the Dropbox app without requiring the user to download them.

Last but not the least, Dropbox for Xbox One is also capable of importing screenshots directly from the console to Dropbox. The official Dropbox for Xbox One app is now available as a free download from the Xbox Store.
