If you are thinking of getting your hands on a OnePlus 3T, it seems that the only model that you’ll be able to buy the 64GB model because according to reports, OnePlus has officially discontinued the 128GB model. According to a OnePlus rep, the reason is because the company wants to focus on one flagship device.

Interestingly enough before this it was noticed that OnePlus website had listed the 128GB model as discontinued, but now the website states that the phone is simply out of stock. Either way it seems that if you wanted the 128GB model you’d be out of luck. Whether or not this is permanent or temporary remains to be seen, but maybe you shouldn’t get your hopes up.

That being said, we do know that OnePlus is working on a new phone in the form of the OnePlus 5. We have heard that the handset has a launch timeframe set for the summer so we guess we’re only a couple of months away from learning all the official details. It also makes sense that in the meantime the company could be winding down production on its older handsets because they are still a relatively small company and do not have Apple or Samsung’s resources.

However if you think that you don’t have the need to own the latest smartphones, then head on over to OnePlus’ website to get the 64GB OnePlus 3T model while it is still in stock.
