Let’s be honest, as much as we probably shouldn’t get food or drinks near our computers, a lot of do that. We drink in front of our computers, we eat in front of our computers, and so on. This means that if you do spill stuff, it can lead to some of your equipment getting spoilt, but Corsair is hoping that won’t happen with the K68.

The company has recently announced their latest mechanical keyboard which according to them, will be waterproof up to a certain degree. By that we mean that you probably shouldn’t go swimming with it or submerge it underwater, but should you accidentally spill your drink on top of it, you won’t have to worry about it getting spoilt. In addition, Corsair claims that the keyboard has a rating of IP32 which also offers up dust resistance.

In terms of features, the K68 is pretty standard as far as mechanical keyboards come. It will be offered in Cherry MX Red switches, and comes with single-color LEDs in red. Note that they are single-color LEDs so if you want multiple LEDs or options, the K68 is probably not the keyboard for you.

It will offer up CUE software support and NKRO, and as far as pricing is concerned, customers can expect to pay $100 for the K68.
