MSI has a new notebook for gamers. The MSI GT83VR Titan SLI has been honored as the Computex Best Choice Golden Award Winner. It has also unveiled the MSI VR One Backpack PC today which was awarded the Computex Best Design Award. Both products will be showcased at the Computex show later this month.

The MSI GT83VR Titan SLI gaming notebook is powered by the latest Intel processors with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 and 1070 SLI dual graphics. The company says that this is the perfect machine for 4K and VR gaming as it also has a plethora of game enhancing features.

The notebook comes with an enhanced Cherry MX Silver mechanical keyboard with individual RGB backlighting and SteelSeries Engine 3 for Macro Keys setup. A fully immersive sound experience is provided by the ESS Sabre Hi-Fi DAC, Dynaudio speakers, and Nahimic 2+ software.

MSI says that its VR One Backpack PC is the thinnest and lightest VR backpack at 7.93 lbs, this enables users to walk around freely and comfortably in their virtual worlds without having to worry about cables.

No further details have been provided other than that it’s powered by “the latest in gaming technology” and that it features a unique cooling system. Hot swappable batteries are supported as well for prolonged VR gaming sessions and a truly untethered virtual reality experience.

Pricing and availability information for these new products will be confirmed by MSI at a later date.
