Back in the day projectors were typically seen as this bulky looking device that would help to project slides onto the walls or screens during classes or meetings, but fast forward to today and technology has managed to shrink down projectors quite a bit to the point where they can be brought about and used as a mini cinema display of sorts.

If you’re looking for something like that to bring with you on road trips or while camping, you’ll be interested to learn that Anker has announced a new smart projector called the Nebula Capsule. This is a projector that has been designed in the size of a soda can, which means in terms of portability it should not present an issue.

The projector uses Digital Light Processing technology and IntelliBright algorithms and can output 100 Lumens, meaning that it will be bright and vivid enough. It even features a built-in 360-degree speaker which means that not only can it project images and video, it can play sound as well, plus it runs on Android 7.0 Nougat which means that it will be able to download various apps that you could use on your smartphone as well.

It looks like a pretty nifty tool if you’re into mobile entertainment and if you’re looking to get your hands on it, Anker has launched an Indiegogo campaign for it where you can reserve a Nebula Capsule for yourself at a discounted price as low as $249 (RRP is $349).
