Twitch is a game streaming platform and is primarily used for gameplay streaming. The Amazon-owned platform has tried its hand at streaming non-gamer content such as the NBA G League basketball as it tries to expand its audience beyond the gaming niche. To that end, the company has now revealed that it will be streaming Korean dramas throughout the month of August. This is quite far from the gaming niche and something which a lot of Twitch fans might not have expected the platform to do.

Twitch will have a marathon stream of Korean dramas online every Wednesday this month. The streams will start at 10 PM PT and will be available through the Twitch Presents channel.

It’s going to stream a total of 254 episodes from 26 different Korean dramas starting today through August 25th. The dramas are of different genres. The marathon streams will either show select episodes of shows such as Heirs, My Sassy Girl, and others or entire seasons of shows like Boys Over Flowers, Jealousy Incarnate, Thumping Spike, and more.

These Korean drams streams will only be available to Twitch users in the United States, Canada, and Latin America. The entire broadcast schedule and series list is available on the Twitch Presents website.
