Apple has scheduled an event on October 30th where the company is expected to unveil new iPads. A report suggests that the iPad mini is going to make a return in the future. Apple is now expected to launch a new iPad mini as it’s said to have one in development. The possibility has been raised by noted Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo.

Kuo predicts that Apple will be unveiling two iPad Pro models next week and both will feature a USB Type-C port. He also claims that the Apple Pencil is going to get a new design and will obviously be compatible with the latest iPads.

He also claims that some Mac announcements are due at this event as well. They will include at least three new Macs and a new MacBook that’s going to be more affordably priced. That will be in addition to the updated Mac mini and iMac processors.

The analyst predicts that a new iPad mini is going to be on the agenda. It may feature an upgraded processor and a lower-cost display panel. The new iPad mini isn’t expected to be launched at the October 30th event so it’s possible that this tablet may not be out until next year at the very least.
