One of the features that we’re seeing in RPGs these days is the ability for players to cook their own food. Food in games like these allow players to regenerate health, mana, gain bonus stats, and also helps to add to the overall RPG experience and makes it much more immersive. To that extent we’ve seen how such features has inspired cookbooks based on video games.

For fans of Bethesda’s Elder Scrolls franchise, you’ll be pleased to learn that there appears to be an official cookbook for the series that you can get your hands on come 2019. The book will be written by Chelsea Monroe-Cassel, who for those unfamiliar is also the author of the official cookbooks for World of Warcraft and Game of Thrones. If you’ve enjoyed the recipes from those books, then this might be a book to look out for.

Now to be fair we have no idea whether or not the cookbook will actually contain recipes that are as delicious as they sound, but like we said, if you’re a fan of the Elder Scrolls franchise and wouldn’t mind being able to cook up a couple of recipes from the games to entertain your guests, then it might be worth picking up. The book is priced at $16.39 and is expected to be released come 26th of March, 2019 and is currently available for pre-order on Amazon.
