For those of you out there who use Mozilla’s Firefox browser, you might be interested to learn that Mozilla has since released the latest build of the browser in the form of Firefox 64. According to Mozilla, the update to Firefox 64 will bring about improvements to the browsing experience, such as smart recommendations, browser tab management, and so on.

Starting with tabs management, the update will now allow users to select multiple tabs from the tab bar to move them, close them, bookmark them, or pin them quickly and easily. The browser can also make smarter recommendations, such as making recommendations to use certain features, services, or extensions based on how you use the browser.

There will also be improvements made to performance management, where there will be a new Task Manager page that shows how much energy each tab is consuming, in case you’re using a laptop and you’re trying to maximize the battery. There are also improvements to the performance on Mac and Linux computers, as well as more seamless sharing on Windows devices.

As usual there will be a host bug and security fixes that are part of the update, along with some changes for developers. The update is already live so go ahead and head on over to Mozilla’s website to get your hands on the latest version of Firefox if you haven’t updated it already.
