HMD Global has recently confirmed that they will be at MWC 2019 where presumably new phones will be announced, like the Nokia 1 Plus whose specs were recently leaked, and also the highly-anticipated Nokia 9 PureView. It seems that the latter has been more or less confirmed, thanks to teaser images shared by the company.

This is because based on the teaser images, it shows a phone with a penta-lens setup on the back which is one of the rumored features of the Nokia 9 PureView. The other teaser image also shows what appears to be a hole-in display which is a trend that we’re starting to see more companies adopt these days.

None of this can be confirmed yet but it’s probably safe to assume that the phone could finally be making its debut after we learnt about it last year. Other rumored specs about the Nokia 9 PureView include the use of a 5.99-inch QHD+ display and also the use of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset.

We know that this is a bit disappointing since many would probably prefer if Nokia had used the Snapdragon 855, but apparently there is a 5G model with the Snapdragon 855 that could be launched later this year. Either way check back with us during MWC 2019 for all the official details.
