In the market for a new Pixel 3 smartphone? Google has just the offer for you. The company is celebrating the fourth birthday of Project Fi today and as part of the celebration, it’s offering the Pixel 3 handsets for half off. As is the case with any promotion, there are some caveats that you should be aware of.

In order to take advantage of this promotion and get the Pixel 3 or Pixel 3 XL for half off, one must either be a new or existing Project Fi customer. The discount applies once the user connects to the network.

As long as those conditions are met, Google will happily sell you a unit for 50 percent off. So that’s $399 instead of $799 for the 64GB Pixel 3 and $449 instead of $899 for the Pixel 3 XL. The discounts are also available on the 128GB models of both handsets which now cost $449 and $499 respectively.

This is obviously a limited time promotion and the discount will only be available until midnight PST on April 22nd. It will be applied at checkout automatically. The device does need to be activated within 30 days of it being shipped. That’s one of the conditions of this promotion which offers a really killer deal on Google’s own smartphones.
