The OnePlus 7 Pro hit the market merely a couple of weeks ago. Some early customers have expressed some concerns about the camera software as they feel that it could be improved to enhance the overall imaging prowess of the device. OnePlus has acknowledged that and confirmed that a camera update is being developed for the OnePlus 7 Pro. It could be released as early as next week.

The OnePlus 7 Pro is the first smartphone from the company to feature a triple camera at the back. It does quite a good job of holding its own against the other flagship smartphones of this year. However, some users have complained about the camera quality and OnePlus is now addressing those concerns.

In a post on its official forums, a representative for the company mentioned that the camera team works to analyze and fix issues all the time. The representative also mentioned that a new update is being developed which is going to be rolled out by the coming week.

This update brings improvements for the HDR effect and Nightscape mode in addition to other tweaks based on feedback from reviewers. It’s claimed that internal testing shows that “photos look substantially better” after this update. The users will ultimately be the judge of that.
