iFixit, for those unfamiliar, is a company that specializes in providing consumers with tools that allow them to take their devices apart and potentially fix it themselves. They are also known for publishing teardown reports of our mobile devices, where we get to see what it looks like inside a phone and what are some of the things inside a phone that we might not have known about.

Now it looks like the company has decided to go ahead and release their own iPhone cases with a twist. As you can see in the photo above, iFixit has created an iPhone case that will allow users to “see” the innards of their iPhones. Now, this is obviously not an X-ray case. Instead, this is based on the wallpapers that iFixit has released in the past, but regardless, it is still pretty cool to look at.

There are two versions that users can choose from, the regular version and the Plus/Max version. They will be compatible for the iPhone 6 up to the iPhone XS (including the iPhone XR) and are priced at $9.99 each, so they are actually pretty affordable and could be worth checking out if you’re after something fun and unique.
