Normally, you can purchase an iPhone with a 24-month installment plan. However, it is not necessarily an interest-free plan, is it?

But, it looks like you do not have to worry about that anymore.

Apple has introduced a feature for Apple Card which lets you opt for an interest-free 24-month installment plan for a new iPhone purchase.

It is also worth noting that Apple has increased the cashback to 6% (instead of 3) on purchases made from December 10 through December 31, 2019.

So, starting this holiday season (2019), you can always opt for a 24-month installment plan on a new iPhone purchase and you can pay it back without any interest.

Often, for a longer duration, an interest amount gets charged. But, it looks like, with Apple Card, it is now easier than ever to own an iPhone.

To point out, the cashback offer of 6% is applicable on all Apple purchases across Apple.com or the Apple Store.

It will be interesting to easily manage the installment/payment right from the Apple Wallet.

As per the original report by TechCrunch, it also potentially hints at more subscriptions/purchases like Apple Music or other Apple services to be made available using the Apple Card.

You can learn more about it at Apple’s official webpage on the installments using Apple Card.
