With the launch of the iPadOS platform, Apple has finally introduced support for mouse. Many feel that this ultimately turns the iPad Pro into a potential true laptop replacement, but if you’re not a fan of bringing a mouse around with you, then you might want to check out the new Brydge Pro+ iPad Pro keyboard accessory.

Brydge might be familiar to some as being one of the more popular keyboard accessories around for the iPad Pro, where it is a cheaper option to Apple’s Smart Keyboard accessory. However, the company has recently launched what is called the Brydge Pro+ which for the most part maintains the design of the keyboard, but also adds a trackpad to it.

This means that if you really need to use a mouse with your iPad Pro, then this trackpad will come in handy if you’d rather not bring a mouse with you. The fact that the accessory also doubles as a case/cover for your tablet means that you can just leave the home with it and you’re all good to go.

The Brydge Pro+ is priced at $199.99 for the 11-inch iPad Pro and $299.99 for the larger iPad Pro. Pre-orders have yet to go live but the company expects that when it does, the first batch will begin shipping out in February while the rest will go out in March. Head on over to Brydge’s website if you’d like to sign up to be informed once pre-orders for the accessory goes live.
