The rumors have been suggesting that Apple could hold an event next week where they will announce their new iPhones. It turns out the rumors were right because Apple has since sent out invites to an event that they will be hosting on the 13th of October which they have titled, “Hi, Speed”.

It is unclear what this tagline means, but typically speaking these taglines hint at what’s to come. For example, Apple’s previous announcement was titled “Time flies” in which the company then unveiled their new Apple Watch Series 6, so with this tagline, it is believed that Apple could be hinting at 5G connectivity for this year’s iPhones.

Apple’s event is expected to unveil several new iPhones. It has been rumored that there could be as many as four iPhones launched this year which includes the base iPhone 12 mini which could come with a 5.4-inch display. Then there could also be two 6.1-inch iPhones, the iPhone 12 and the iPhone 12 Pro, and lastly, there will be the iPhone 12 Pro Max which could come with a 6.7-inch display.

In any case, we should have more details next week so be sure to check back with us on the 13th of October as we’ll bring you the latest news and updates.
