2021’s Battlefield Could Feature Call Of Duty Like ‘Perks’

Last year, EA confirmed that they will be launching a new Battlefield game in 2021. Not much is known about the game except that it will be released this year, but we might now have some additional info thanks to prolific Battlefield and Call of Duty leakster Tom Henderson, who shared some details about the game.

According to Henderson, one of the features of Battlefield we can look forward to might be familiar to Call of Duty players. This is because this feature is said to be similar to Call of Duty’s Perks that could give players “abilities” during multiplayer matches. Henderson also claims that the game will simply be titled, “Battlefield 2021”.

The game is said to be set 10 years from now which will allow EA and DICE to use weapons and technology that the military has already developed, which means that for military buffs and enthusiasts, some of the tech you can see in the game could be familiar. The game is also rumored to come with a “revolutionary campaign” and will allow players to choose a superpower to fight for, as well as introduce a co-op experience.

That being said, as it stands there is no word on when the next Battlefield game will be released, so until we get the official word from EA, maybe approach this information with a healthy dose of skepticism for now.
