Are you considering changing carrier? It might be hard to choose which carrier to use because while some might offer great deals, their coverage or service might not be good and the money saved might not be worth all the frustration of trying to get a decent line. However, the good news is that T-Mobile will let you take their network for a spin for free.

The company has recently expanded its Test Drive program where it will now include support for e-SIM compatible iPhones, which pretty much covers most iPhones released in the past couple of years. Assuming you have a compatible device, all you need to do is ensure your phone is running iOS 14.5 and you’ve downloaded T-Mobile’s app, launch the app and follow the instructions and you’re good to go.

What this does is that it will let you try out T-Mobile’s network for free over the course of 30 days, or up to 30GB of data. For iPhone 12 users, you can even try out the carrier’s 5G network to see if it’s fast or reliable enough for you and where you live. This is pretty much a commitment-free way of testing the carrier’s network.

You’re not obligated to sign up after the testing period is over, so if you don’t like it, then you can just revert back to your previous carrier without any issues.
