Netflix’s main source of revenue is in videos, but obviously they need to go beyond just videos if they’re hoping to stay competitive, especially with there being more streaming companies and services popping up. This is why it didn’t really come as a complete shock when back in July, the company confirmed that they were getting into gaming.

This would be similar to services like Apple Arcade or Google Play Pass, where users who are subscribed to Netflix would be able to access a catalogue of games at no extra charge. Now it looks like the company has kicked off its efforts in Poland, where they revealed that they will now begin testing out Netflix’s gaming efforts.

This will only be available in Poland for now, and it looks like it will also be only on the Android app. There will be two games available – Stranger Things: 1984 and Stranger Things 3. As the company notes in its tweet, this service is still very much in its early days so don’t be surprised if things don’t work the way it’s intended or the lack of games available.

There is no indication of when this is expected to expand to cover more countries, so it could be a while before we see more regions unlocked and more games added to its catalogue.
