Samsung has officially confirmed that its next Galaxy Unpacked event will take place on February 25, 2026, in San Francisco, ending speculation around the date and location of the company’s first major launch of the year.

The confirmation follows months of rumors that began circulating in November 2025, which pointed to a late-February Unpacked event hosted in San Francisco rather than Samsung’s usual slightly early-year timeframe. Both the timing and the city have now been validated by official invitations sent to media (us!).

At the event, Samsung is expected to unveil its new Galaxy S series, alongside updates to its Galaxy AI platform, which is expected to be a highlight. The company describes the upcoming launch as a shift toward more personal and adaptive AI experiences integrated directly into everyday mobile use.

The event will be livestreamed on Samsung.com, Samsung Newsroom, and Samsung’s YouTube channel starting at 10:00 a.m. PT / 1:00 p.m. ET.

Ubergizmo will be on site in San Francisco to experience the Galaxy Unpacked February 2026, with full coverage, hands-on impressions, and analysis.
