□ With support from the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, the Korea Electronics Association (KEA, Chairman Seok-woo Yong) will organize the Korea Pavilion at IFA 2026, held September 4–8 in Berlin, Germany, to support promising Korean startups (“K-Startups”) in entering the European market.
□ Launched in 1924, IFA is Europe’s largest consumer electronics and digital technology exhibition. Last year, approximately 1,900 companies from 49 countries participated, attracting around 220,000 visitors from 140 countries. It is a global business platform for future technologies including AI, smart home, robotics, and digital health.
- The Korea Pavilion will once again be located in IFA NEXT, IFA’s innovation hub. Ten promising Korean SMEs and startups will showcase innovations in AI, smart home, digital health, AR/XR, and other fields for the European market.
- Korea Optron – Compact SAW-based device that rapidly and uniformly mixes small-volume liquid samples for applications including sample preparation, reagent dissolution, and biochemical reactions.
- Claroptic Co., Ltd. – Ultra-lightweight and ultra-slim optical display module for AR glasses, featuring plastic injection-molded waveguide technology for mass production and consumer and industrial AR/XR applications.
- All Thetime Inc. – AI-powered safety platform combining a smart tracker and mobile app to predict risks and support rapid response through route deviation detection and emergency SOS alerts.
